After a detailed financial analyst, the Authority has determined that due to several miles of sewerage collection lines, manholes, pumps, meters and all equipment incident to the operation of the system, coupled with an increased cost at the treatment facilities, a sewer rental rate increase is necessary for the continued efficient operation and maintenance of the Authority and its sewer system.
Effective January 01, 2019 the monthly residential sewer rental rate is increased to $55.00 a month per e.d.u.
The monthly meter charge is set at $6.60 per 1000. Gallons when billed by meter with minimum charge set at $55.00.
